Northern Royal Albatross breed on the Chatham Island's and what other NZ location?
Clue: Among the largest Spotted Shag and Stewart Island Shag colonies is located here.
These large birds spend much of their lives far out to sea, but have to breed every few years. This brings them to land, often at Taiaroa Head, within a couple of kilometres of Dunedin.
